上海中低收入群体旅游分析研究.pdf

上海大学硕上学位论文摘要上海中低收入群体是基本解决温饱或温饱有余的一部分上海市民,研究这一群体的旅游在理论上可以弥补我国旅游研究的不足,在实践上对我国旅游经济发展、对建设和谐社会、对上海都市旅游的发展、对提升国民的素质具有重要的意义。上海中低收入群体大多是企业的普通职工,月平均收入在1000到2000 元之间。当前旅游已经成为中低收入群体业余生活中的一种重要选择,但还没有成为生活中的必须。他们在外出旅游时一般以观光为主,出游距离较短,大多以上海及上海周边景点做为旅游目的地,且旅游消费较低。当前中低收入群体的旅游还很不畅通,受到各种内外因素的限制。为了应对中低收入群体的旅游,需要上海各界的共同努力。首先,政府应当发挥主导作用。要不断完善本地的旅游基础设施和旅游服务、创新并完善休假制度、制定有利于中低收入群体旅游的优惠政策、培养中低收入群体的旅游意识。其次,旅游企业在追求经济利益的同时,要兼顾必要的社会责任。要转变以往的经营战略、开发适销对路的旅游产品、调整门票价格制度。最后,中低收入群体自身要树立积极的休闲方式、合理的配置旅游能力。关键词:上海、旅游、中低收入群体、和谐社会 V J:海人学硕十学位论文 ABSTRACT The group whose e isbetween low and middle inShanghai ispart ofShanghai citizens,who have mainly solved thefood and clothesproblem,or have led abetter lifebeyond on thisgroup Callenrichtourism research intheory and have important significance tothedevelopment oftourism economy,construction of aharmonious society,the development ofShanghai city tourism andtheenhancement ofthequality ofpeople inpractice. Most people belonging tothe low and middle e group ale enterprises’ordinary workers,whose average eper month between 1000 Yuan , traveling hasbeen became an important choice to theirsparetime,but not anintegrativepart of their near traveling destination such asShanghai and around natural sceneriesaretheir firstchoice,and theyspend alittlemoney when present,traveling of low and middle e group limited both by internaland external munities to make agood effort tohelppromoting traveling ofthisgroup. First,the government should play aleading roleinperfecting tourism infrastructures and traveling services,innovating andconsummating holiday system,developing theadvantageous preferential policy for thelow and middle e group and cultivating tourism awareness of thisgroup. Second,tourism enterprises should balance socialresponsibility while pursuing economic should change past business strategies,develop marketable tourismproducts,and adjust ticketpricessystem.
