摘要
教学工作是学校经常性的中心工作,教学质量评估是教学管理的重要环节,是提高教学质量和办学效益的重要手段。为推进质量监控保障体系,突出教学工作的中心地位及作用,提高教师的教学水平和教学质量,培养适应时代需要,具有创新精神和实践能力的全面发展的优秀人才,通联软件作为专业从事教育信息化领域的解决方案提供商
软件提供商,为大学提供多权限学生网上评教系统。
多权限学生网上评教系统对学校的管理工作更加重要,是一个重要辅助办公管理工具。本系统遵循教育部的评估指标:坚持“以评促建、以评促改、以评促管、评建结合、重在建设”的方针指导下以教学质量评估为重点。通过教学质量评估,进一步加强人才培养工作的宏观管理与指导,促进各部门重视和支持人才培养工作,推动学校自觉地按照教育规律不断明确办学指导思想、坚持教育创新、深化教学改革、加强教学基本建设、强化教学管理、全面提高教育质量和办学效益。
本论文主要介绍了系统的分析,设计和开发的全部过程。运用数据流图,E-R图,程序流程图等对系统的设计过程进行详细的说明。全文共分为前言、需求分析、系统设计、开发技术、关键技术解决,结论六部分。系统采用B/S开发模式,开发工具选择JAVA、JSP、JavaScript、Html语言,采用Tomcat服务器技术,后台数据库选用SQL Server 2000。

ABSTRACT
