王艳坤等:高定向 ZnO 纳米棒阵列膜的制备及其光学性能· 1229 · 第 39 卷第 8 期共沉淀法制备细粒径 BaMgAl 10 O 17 : Eu 2+ 荧光粉及合成机理董岩,吴直森,陈蓉,顾维杰,韩学林( 东南大学材料科学与工程学院,南京 211189) 摘要: 采用化学共沉淀法合成出 BaMgAl O : Eu (BAM) 蓝色荧光粉,研究了共沉淀产物在高温煅烧中的物相转变和晶粒生长过程,探讨了共沉淀法获得细粒径铝酸盐荧光粉的机理。研究发现,该物相转变过程和传统的高温固相法有很大区别,整个过程中未出现α-Al O 相和含 Mg 的结晶相, BaMgAl O 相由 BaAl O 相和γ-Al O 相直接反应生成。 BaMgAl O 相的生成温度也比高温固相法低约 200 ℃。电子衍射分析结果表明:该方法合成的 BAM 颗粒为六角片状的单晶体,晶粒尺寸为 1 ~ 2 μ m,厚度 100 ~200 nm ,其基面为(0001) 面,棱面为(1010) 面。在 147 nm 真空紫外光激发下其发射主峰为 450 nm ,发光强度和光谱特性与高温固相法制备的荧光粉相近。该 BAM 荧光粉能够满足未来高清晰度平板显示的要求。关键词: 铝酸盐荧光粉;粒径尺寸;共沉淀法;单晶体中图分类号: 文献标志码: A 文章编号: 0454–5648(2011)08–1229–06 网络出版时间: 2011–07–26 15:21:03 DOI :CNKI:11-2310/ 网络出版地址: s/detail/ Synthesis of BaMgAl 10 O 17 : Eu 2+ Phosphor via Co-Precipitation Method and Its Synthesis Mechanism DONG Yan , WU Zhisen , CHEN Rong ,GU Weijie , HAN Xuelin (School of Material Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 211189, China) Abstracts: A BaMgAl 10 O 17 : Eu 2+ (BAM) phosphor was synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation me thod. The phase transitions and the crystal particle growing process of the precipitate mixture during calcining process were i nvestigated. The synthesis mecha nism was discussed. The phase transition process differed from that by the high-temperature solid state reaction method. Al 2 O 3 phase and the phases with Mg did not appear during the synthesis process. The BaMgAl 10 O 17 phase was formed from a reaction between BaAl 2 O 4 phase and γ-Al 2 O 3 phase. The synthesis temperature of BaMgAl 10 O 17 phase was lowered by 200 ℃, compared to that in the high-temperature solid state reaction method. The electron diffraction results reveal that the BAM particle prepared by the co-precipitation method is a single crystal with the hexagonal flaky shape, the basa l plane is (0001), and the edge plane is (1010) and the crystallite size is about 1–2 μm, the thickness is a
