基于PLC的电镀生产线监控系统设计
摘要
一件电镀产品的质量除了要有好的成熟的电镀工艺和品质好的镀液添加剂外,如何保证电镀产品严格按照电镀工艺流程运行和保证产品的电镀时间则是决定电镀产品质量和品质的重要因素。在电镀生产线上采用自动化控制不但可以使电镀产品的质量和品质得到严格的保证,有效的减少废品率,而且还可以提高生产效率和减轻工人的劳动强度,有着非常好的经济效益和社会效益。本文主要针对自动控制这点进行设计,在该生产线的控制系统中,采用了高可靠性,高稳定性,编程简单,易于使用,而且广泛应用于现代工业企业生产线过程控制中的控制器PLC。设计中实现了电镀生产线监控系统的单周期运行、连续运行和步进三种工作方式,在工业生产中有很重要的作用,它可以给操作工人更多的选择,同时有利于处理故障,有很强的实用性。最后用MCGS软件对设计思路进行了组态仿真,基本实现了电镀监控系统的全部功能。

ABSTRACT
A plating products have good quality in addition to the plating process maturity and quality of a good bath additives, the plating how to ensure that products in strict accordance with the plating process to ensure product operation and plating time is to determine product quality and the quality of electroplating an important factors. Used in electroplating production line automation and control products will not only enable the plating quality and strict quality assurance and effective to reduce the reject rate, but also can improve productivity and reduce labor intensity, with very good economic and social benefits. In this paper, this point for the design of automatic control in the production line control system, using a high-reliability, high stability, programming is simple, easy-to-use, and is widely used in modern industrial enterprises in the production line process control of the controller PLC . Designed to achieve a plating production line monitoring system of the single-cycle operation, continuous operation and step three ways of working in industrial production in a very important role, it can give workers more choices to operate at the same time will help to deal with failure, there is highly practical. Finally, making MCGS software configuration to carry out the simulation, all of the features of monitoring system have achieved
