My research contains the process, causes, and influence of the Greek crisis on the European Union, and also how the EUshould dealwith the crisis as well as what kind of new system they should develop to prevent the crisis from spreading further. After researchingreasons and the processof the financial crisis, I discovered that the impact of the Greek crisis has two profound aspects: micro and macro. On the macro level, the crisis has had an impact on the euro zone currency, other euro zone countries and their own debt crises, the level of investment in euro zone countries, levels of GDP, EU’ inflation levels, the EUcountries’ unemployment rates, the trust in the EUsystem and the economic recovery of the EU.
