Department of Radiation Oncology, Duke University Health System, Durham, NC Report of the Annual Quality Assurance of the Linear Accelerator (Varian Model Clinac 21EX , SN ) For the year of 2007 Summary Tests mended by the AAPM TG-40 on annual QA of medical linear accelerators were performed. Both mechanical and dosimetric properties were checked against specifications pared with the dosimetry book. Description, raw data, tolerance, and conclusion were included for each test. Corrective actions were taken when necessary and recorded. Secondary constancy standards were established for daily and monthly QA.
