1 四川建筑职业技术学院论人力资源在企业管理中的作用姓名张卫健学号 2010 2358 专业建筑经济管理指导教师 xxx 2013 年5月 22日 2 摘要随着经济的发展,人力资源管理理论在现代企业管理中的广泛应用,越来越受到人们的重视。现代企业人力资源管理是以企业人力资源为中心,研究如何实现企业人力资源的合理配置,把人看作是决定企业生存与发展、始终充满生机与活力的特殊资源。本文首先在了解人力资源、人力资源管理的基本概念的基础上结合自身加深理解,深入探索人力资源管理理论在实际工作中应用和重要作用。通过了解现代企业管理中的现状以及存在的问题,列举问题以及分析问题出现的原因,提出建立管理体制、人才的开发和管理是企业人力资源管理的核心任务。通过成功案例分析,证实上述观点,建立健全人力资源管理机制、加大对员工的培训和开发力度、激励员工、为员工量身定制职业生涯发展规划,为他们提供创造各种条件,使其主观能动性和自身劳动潜力得以充分发挥,才能更好地发挥人力资源管理在现代企业管理中的重要作用。关键字:人力资源管理核心作用培训开发激励 3 Abstract . With the development of economy, extensive application of the theory of human resource management in modern enterprise management, more and more people's attention.
