The effect of different culture time, carbon source, culture medium and pH value on the ability of Rhizoctonia solani to inhibit the ability of Fusarium moniliforme was studied by using platelet confinement culture method and antibacterial rate as an index. Different culture time, carbon source, culture medium and pH value had an effect on the ability of Trichoderma harzianum to inhibit Fusarium moniliforme. The antibacterial effect was the best at the 4th day, and the antibacterial rate was %. Among the different carbon sources, best for glucose, maltose, mannitol and lactose; PDA culture medium is the best effect on Trichoderma harzianum to inhibit Fusarium moniliforme; pH value of 5 to 9 when Trichoderma harzianum on the inhibition rate of Fusarium moniliforme no : PDA culture medium reached the best inhibitory effect on the 4th day, and a variety of carbon sources and extensive pH range were suitable for the inhibition of the growth of Fusarium moniliforme.
