机械毕业设计需 CAD 图纸加 QQ : 2215891151 机械毕业设计 1 2014 届分类号: 单位代码:10452 毕业设计益达口香糖塑料瓶模具的设计与工艺姓名李栋学号 201203910839 年级 2012 专业机械设计制造及其自动化系(院) 机械工程学院指导教师张建梅 2014 年3月 30日临沂大学机械工程学院 2014 届本科毕业设计--2 摘要本次设计的课题为益达口香糖塑料瓶模具的设计与工艺。塑料制品具有原料来源丰富,价格低廉,性能优良等特点。他在电脑、手机、汽车制造中具有不可代替的作用,应用极其广泛。注射成形式成形热塑件的主要方法,因此应用范围很广。注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中经过加热熔化,使之成为高黏度的流体, 用柱塞作为加压工具,使熔体通过喷嘴以较高压力注入模具的型腔中,经过冷却, 凝固阶段,而后从模具中脱出,成为塑料制品。益达塑料瓶的形状是腔大口小, 要是采用普通的注射模设计,型芯将难以脱离。虽然可以采用变型芯,但那样会使模具成本大幅度增加,且设计难度比较大。因此益达塑料瓶模具为上吹型中空吹塑模具,采用嵌块式结构,铸造水路冷却,结构简单,耐用,便于更换部件, 生产效率比较高。模具由动模板、定模板、切割环、模口嵌块、模底嵌块、密封垫板以及固定板等部件组成。瓶盖可以采用普同注射设计,但由于其内部有螺纹, 不易采用强行脱模。因此瓶盖模具是两板式,采用旋转脱模的注射模具。该模具自动化程度比较高,效率比较高。该模具由定模板、动模板、支撑板、齿轮轴圆柱齿轮、圆锥齿轮、齿条等一系列零部件组成。关键词: 定模板;动模板;嵌块;旋转脱模机械毕业设计需 CAD 图纸加 QQ : 2215891151 机械毕业设计 3 Abstract The design issues for the benefit of plastic bottles and caps of plastic mold design. Injection molding the plastic material is heated to melt into the barrel , so that a high viscosity fluid ,a piston with the pressing tool , the higher the melt through the nozzle into the mold cavity pressure , after cooling , solidification phase, and then removed from the mold , the plastics products. The benefits of plastic bottle shape isa small chamber big mouth , if the ordinary injection mold design , the core will be difficult to escape. Although core variants can be used ,but that would make a substantial increase in tooling costs and design more difficult. So for the benefit of the blow mold plastic bottles hollow blow molds, using embedded block structure, casting cooling water , simple structure , durable, easy to replace parts, production efficiency is relatively high.
