【摘要】目的：分析遵义市护理人员锐器伤的漏报原因，为制定区 域性锐器伤防护策略提供参考依据。方法：通过自行设计医务人员锐器伤 调查问卷表，采用分层随机抽样和便利抽样法，对遵义市14所医院871 名工作满1年的临床护士锐器伤高危人群的漏报情况进行问卷调查。结果: 调杏显示，漏报多分布在低工龄、低职称人群；未上报的主要原因是锐器 未接触患者、患者血液检查结果止常、上报后得不到及时对待、时间紧、 上报程序复杂，分别占23. 7%. %、%、%、8. 7%,累计百分比 高达80. 1%0结论：护理人员锐器伤频繁发生，应针对性加强职业防护培 训，提高其上报率。发布与宣传血源性职业暴霧的防护指南十分关键，能 够减少医务人员职业暴露的发生。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the cause of omission of sharp instrument injury of nursing stuff during work in Zunyi and provide a reference basis for regional sharp injury protection strategies. Method： Self-designed questionnaire concerning medical staff with sharp injury was employed. 871 nurses with one year experience who worked in 14 different hospitals in ZunYi were selected to conduct questionnaire survey and the results were subjected to statistical analysis with stratified random sampling and convenient sampling method.
