【摘要】目的探讨直肠癌术后吻合口漏的发牛原因和防治方法。方法IH1 顾性分析2006年1月至2011年12月我院收治139例直肠癌手术患者的临床资 料。结果139例患者屮术后有8例发牛吻合口漏，%。5例患者 行保守治疗，另3例再次手术，均获治愈。结论直肠癌术后吻合口漏发病因索 复杂，充分肠道准备、积极治疗原发病等可一定程度上预防其发牛，抗感染、冲 洗引流等保守治疗是其主要治疗手段，少数病例需行剖腹探查肠造痿术。

Clinical analysis of anastomotic leakage in patients after rectal cancer
[Abstract] objective To explore the occurrence causes and prevention measures of anastomotic leakage in patients after rectal cancer surgery. Methods The clinical data of 139 patients with rectal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 139 patients, there were 8 cases (%) of anastomotic leakage. 5 cases were healed by conservative treatment, and the other 3 cases by operation. Conclusion The cause of anastomotic leakage of rectal cancer postoperation is complicated・ The main methods of prevention are good preparation of gastrointestinal tract and treatment of complicating disease. Conservative therapies are main treatment way, include anti-infection and drainage, a few cases need to do exploratorylaparotomy and enterostomy.
