摘要利用有限元分析技术对 FSAE 赛车车架进行结构强度校核,刚度计算。并
利用软件对赛车车架进行各种工况的模态分析。通过这些分析优化车架的结构,
以及管件的规格,在保证强度、刚度的前提下,实现赛车车架的轻量化目标。
首先根据经验以及安装在车架上的各部件的尺寸在 CATIA 软件中进行车架
模型的建立,然后将模型导入 ANSYS Workbench 中,利用 ANSYS Workbench 中的
静力学模块对车架的弯曲工况,弯扭联合工况、过弯工况、启动加速工况以及紧
急制动工况这几种工况进行结构强度校核。在完成结构强度校核后,对车架进行
扭转刚度和弯曲刚度的计算。根据刚度计算的结果对车架的结构进行改进。最后,
进行各种工况的模态分析,得到车架在各种工况下的模态振动频率以及振型,利
用相关的固有频率数据对赛车其他部件提供设计指导。

Abstract Using finite element analysis techniques for FSAE Formula Student racing
frame structure strength, stiffness analysis and calculation, and using finite element
software for frame modal analysis under different working conditions. Through these
analysis optimize the structure of the frame and the size of the pipes, on the premise of
guarantee the strength, stiffness, achieve the aim of lightweight frame.
First according to the experience and the size of other parts build the frame model in
the CATIA software, then guide the frame model into ANSYS Workbench software, the
application of finite element software related static structural check the frame structure
strength under bend, bined, cornering, start, emergency braking conditions.
After finishing the checking of the frame’s structure strehgth, calculate frame’s
bending stiffness, torsional stiffness. On the basis of the results change the structure of
the frame. Finally make the modal analysis under different conditions, get the frequency of
the frame and the corresponding vibration type, the data related to the frequency of the
use of the car ponents to provide design guidance.
