井冈山大学学报( 自然科学版) 30 文章编号: 1674-8085(2012)05 - 0030 - 04 鲁米诺—高碘酸钾化学发光法测定盐酸苯乙双胍 陈文娟 1 , * 陈建福 2 ,陈健旋 2 ( 1. 漳州城市职业学院生物与环境工程系,福建,漳州 363000 ; 2. 漳州职业技术学院食品与生物工程系,福建,漳州 363000 ) 摘 要: 在碱性条件下盐酸苯乙双胍对鲁米诺—高碘酸钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术, 建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸苯乙双胍的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸苯乙双胍的线性范围为 ×10 9 ~×10 5 mol/L ,检出限为 6×10 10 mol/L ,对于浓度为 ×10 8 mol/L 的盐酸苯乙双胍连续测定 11 次,测定值的相对标准偏差为 %,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果在 %~% 之间。该方法用于盐酸苯乙双胍片剂中盐酸苯乙双胍的定量分析,结果满意。关键词: 化学发光;盐酸苯乙双胍;流动注射;高碘酸钾;鲁米诺中图分类号: 文献标识码: A DOI:.1674 - DETERMINATION OF PHENFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE BY CHEMILUMINESCENCE METHOD BA SED ON LUMINOL-POTASSIUM PERIODATE SYSTEM CHEN Wen-juan 1 , *CHEN Jian-fu 2 ,CHEN Jian-xuan 2 (1.
