二上社会的公共文明水平，可以折射出二±社会 二±国家的文明程度,二个人如果不遵守社会文明, 小的会影响自身形象，大的会影响国家声誉。在清朝 的时候，大臣李鸿章出使俄国，在一公开场合，恶者大加渲染、嘲弄, 丢尽了中国人的脸。这是二个不遵守社会文明的历史 教训。
我但不必埋怨这个社会的文明水平不高；不必怨 艾自己的力量太单薄，对社会的影响不大。试想一下， 面包里的酵母不是很少吗？可是，单凭这一点酵母， 不是就把面包发起来了么。我们每一位同学都应该做 这个时代的酵母，让自己的酵素，在这个社会起到应 有的作用。
同学们，让我们行动起来，“新世纪新时代,新国 家新文明”,不要让文明下，不要让文明只在纸上岀现， 要让它活跃在我们当中，让文明无所不在，让我们做 文明的主人，让“文明与我同行”！
