京东商城物流成本控制问题研究摘要: 在国内电子商务企业高速发展的当代, 物流的核心作用也逐渐显露。成本管理在物流经营中占有重要地位,是企业对物流进行有效管理的手段。如何在激烈的市场竞争和瞬息万变的市场环境下提高物流效率、降低物流成本、获取最大利润是物流企业面临的一个重要问题。同时,配送模式也是物流效率的重要因素, 合理的物流模式不但能够提供良好的服务,更能缩减成本,提高提润,这也是企业追求的目标。本文对目前形势下的企业物流配送模式及成本管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的对策。关键词: 京东商城;物流模式;成本控制 The Study on Logistics Cost Control for Jingdong Mall Abstract : In contemporary China the rapid development of merce enterprises, the central role of logistics is gradually revealed.
