最有价值的东西往往是无形的。对于企业而言,这便意味着品牌。历数全 球知名企业,无不是以品牌资产为核心,以资本运作为手段,通过广泛的联合、购并,实现资产的整合,,以知识驾驭资本,这是品牌经营的最高境界,也是企业经营的最高修炼。加多宝公司虽成功的将王老吉商标推向了世界,,,让其被消费者所认知和认可,从而最大程度上取代消费者心中原有的王老吉品牌,在凉茶的市场占一席之地,最终绝境逢生。。本文将在探讨了品牌文化的构成管理和个性特征、发展方向的基础之上,从加多宝公司的发展现状分析入手,分析加多宝创建品牌过程中值得我们借鉴的地方。
