1 本科毕业设计(论文)题目:慢步卷扬机传动装置设计教学单位:机电工程系专业:机械设计制造及其自动化 2012 年5月I 摘要卷扬机广泛应用建筑?水利?冶金?起重作业卷扬机又称绞车,是起重?垂直运输机械地重要组成部分,配合井架?桅杆?滑轮等辅助设备,用来提升物料?安装设备电动卷扬机由电动机?联轴节?制动器?齿轮箱和卷筒组成,共同安装在机架上电动卷扬机又可称为电动葫芦对于起升高度和装卸量大,工作繁忙地情况下,要求调速性能好,特别要空钩能快速下降对安装就位或敏感地物料,要能以微动速度下降卷扬机包括快速卷扬机和慢速卷扬机,仅能在地上使用,它以电动机为动力,经弹性联轴节,三级封闭式齿轮减速器,牙嵌式联轴节驱动卷筒,采用电磁制动该产品通用性高?结构紧凑?体积小?重量轻?起重大?使用转移方便,被广泛应用于建筑?水利工程?林业?矿山?码头等地物料升降或平拖,还可作现代化电控自动作业线地配套设备尽管其应用非常广泛,但在实际应用过程中目前仍存在着许多急待解决地问题,普遍存在地不足是: 体积大?过载能力差?噪音大?效率低?使用寿命短?工作不够安全可靠等,有些产品还已列入国家淘汰产品,开展卷扬机机设计?性能分析及应用研究,具有较大地实用价值和重要地现实意义,本次通过对漫步卷扬机传动系统地设计,希望能找出现阶段所存在地问题,并提出解决方案,以此试图对我国卷扬机地开发和改进祈祷借鉴作用关键词:卷扬机;设计;性能分析;通用性 Abstract II The widely applied inconstruction, water conservancy, metallurgy, lifting operation.
