【摘要】 目的比较茶枝柑青皮与陈皮挥发性成分的异同。方
法釆用水蒸气蒸僻法提取挥发油;气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC/MS)测 定;直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对重叠峰进行解析;程序升温 保留指数辅助定性。结果茶枝柑青皮与陈皮分别定性出49和52种化 合物,分别占挥发油总量的99. 67%%。D-Limonene为茶枝柑 青皮与陈皮挥发性物质屮含量最高的化合物,%和 73. 39%。结论茶枝柑青皮与陈皮挥发油成分在物质种类上差异较小, 而各物质在含量上有明显差异。
