1 . 适用范围 scope 本工艺适用于 SEVAN650 各种管路系统中,碳钢管、碳锰钢管子的制作。 This procedure is applicable to the steel pipes, carbon manganese steel pipes production of various pipeline system for SEVAN650 2 、准备工作 preparations 材料准备 Materials preparation 管子按图纸要求选用合适的管材 Selection of the pipes according to the requirements of drawings 根据管子的材料选用合适的切割方法。 Choose an appropriate method of cutting according to the pipe material 。 钢管的切割一律使用带锯、相贯线切割机完成,对于需要修正的管子通径小于 32mm 不允许使用气割进行,通径大于 32mm 的可使用气割完成修正。 Pipe should be cut with band saw, the intersection line cutting machine.
