武汉城市圈产业结构生态化的分析研究.pdf

摘要随着经济的超高速增长,资源、环境已难以支撑当前这种高污染、高消耗、低效益生产方式,推行循环经济发展范式在我国极为迫切,而产业结构生态化是循环经济发展的关键。本文通过模拟自然生态系统建立工业系统“生产者一一消费者——分解者"的循环途径和食物链网,形成一个相互依存、协调共生的工业生态系统。本文分为五章。第一章产业结构生态化的理论基础。通过对产业生态理论、清洁生产、循环经济学、可持续发展理论的回顾,为能够进一步深入研究生态产业系统构建了相应的理论支撑。第二章产业结构生态化的国内外实践。通过对国外经验的借鉴提出,我国的发展应从法制的建立完善、环境产业的大力发展、科技的支持和多主体的共同参与等方面统筹考虑。第三章产业结构生态化的涵义、特征、结构以及评价体系。以产业生态学、清洁生产等理论为基础,借鉴国外产业结构生态化发展经验,建立产业结构生态化的理论体系。文章首先分析了产业结构生态化的内涵和特点,再通过分析? 系统的构成要素及其耦合关系,最后就产业结构生态化评价体系进行阐述。第四章运用产业结构生态化理论分析武汉城市圈产业结构生态化发展的现状。通过分析城市圈的生态环境、产业结构,找出其存在的问题,并运用产业结构生态化评价体系分析武汉城市圈的产业结构生态化水平,得出结论:武汉城市圈产业结构生态化迫在眉睫。第五章通过对武汉城市圈产业结构生态化分析提出了该市生态产业系统发展的战略选择;最后从政策支撑体系、法制支撑体系、科技与人才支撑体系、公众参与支撑体系等方面,构建了武汉城市圈生态产业系统构建与发展的支撑体系。关键词:武汉城市圈,产业结构, 生态化 Abstract The amazingly fastgrowth ofChina's economy hasled tokind ofcontinued expansion of high pollution,high consumption,low efficiency ofproduction,which has gone beyond the sustainability of the current resources extremely urgent topush forward the eco-indust巧structure sets up industry'ssystemlike“Producer,Cousnmers,Dissolution’’way andfood work through imimting thenatural ecosystem circulation,thereby form the interdependent and harmonious industrialecosystem andfelly use resourcesand reduciong thenegative effect gOtheenvironment· Thispaper dividedinto价e chapters.
