该机器在运转时保证钢丝从左至右得向进行送料；调直切断机在调试正常后，不允有无效剪切现象；调直后的钢筋允有轻微擦伤，％。
该调直切断机在设计完成后将满足的实际生产要求：（1）调直切断钢丝直径：-Φ4mm；（2）调直切断钢丝长度：100mm—1000mm；（3）切断长度误差：ΔL≤2mm；（4）钢丝调直切断后的直线度误差不大于2mm/m；（5）牵引钢丝速度：20-30m/min；（6）切断电机功率：。
