【摘要】
单层厂房指层数仅为一层的工业厂房,适用于生产工艺流程以水平运输为主,有大型起重运输设备及较大动荷载的厂房,如机械制造工业、冶金工业和其他工业等。单层厂房的骨架结构,由支撑各种竖向的与水平的荷载作用的构件所组成。厂房依靠各种结构构件合理连接为一整体,组成一个完整的结构空间以保证厂房的坚固、耐久。我国广泛采用钢筋混凝土排架结构和钢架结构,通常由横向排架、纵向联系构件、支撑系统构件和围护结构等几部分组成。
单层砖柱厂房具有选价低廉、构造简单、施工方便等优点,在中小型工业厂肩中得到广泛应用,但单层厂房的端墙(山墙)受风面积较大,内部空间要求、厂房屋顶面积、荷载等均较大,构造复杂,如何进行有效的荷载效应组合、选取最不利内力组合,作为柱及基础的设计依据,将是本文要重点解决的问题。

【Abstract】
Single plant means the layer is only a layer of industrial plant, applied to the production process to the level of transport-based, large material handling equipment and large dynamic load plants, such as machinery manufacturing industry, metallurgical industry and other industries . Single plant of the skeleton structure, the support of various vertical and horizontal loads consisting ponents. Plants rely on a variety of ponents as a whole a reasonable connection to form plete structure of space to ensure the plant's strong, durable. China's extensive use of reinforced concrete and steel structure, bent structure, usually bent from the horizontal, vertical ponent, support systems and building ponents such as a few parts.
Single brick column with the selected plants are cheap, simple structure, convenient for construction, the shoulder in the small and medium industrial plants has been widely used, but the single plant of the side wall (gable) larger by the wind, internal space requirements, plant roof area, load large plex structures, how to effectively load bination, select the most bination of internal forces, as the pillar and foundation of the design basis, will be the focus of this paper to solve the problem.
