摘 要
,精度、热处理、加工要求、技术要求(如精度、柔性),主要是要求自己掌握一般车床的操作技巧和传统加工工艺。然后对加工零件进行深度解析,画出CAD与CATIA二维,三维图纸。通过图纸可以更好地反应加工零件的形态和具体分析具体操作流程。CAD是在一个维度里面把零件的大小尺寸,配合清楚的表现在图纸里,在进行加工时做到一目了然,CATIA是在一个三维空间里将零件的一个视觉效果充分的展现出来,并且可以再电脑上通过平移,旋转进行一系列的查看,操作,可以进行一个极好的展示。工艺流程则是把一块原料通过一系列工序操作变成一个成品的过程。当然对于不同产品,或者不同的厂所对应的工艺流程是不一样的。
