Chapter VII 3 shall be added to the Administrative Procedures Code of ia (Sakanonmdeblo Matsne, #39, 1999): “ Chapter VII 3 Legal Mechanisms for Elimination of the Domestic Violence, Protection of Victims and Rendering Assistance Article 21 12 Addressing the Court 1. In case of the domestic violence a victim, his/her family member shall be authorized to address the court and in case of child abuse, also guardians and guarding body. 2. In case of domestic violence a person, rendering medical, psychological assistance shall be authorized to address the court based on the victim ’s consent. Article 21 13. Issuance of the Protective Order and Appealing Guidelines 1. For operative response purpose to the matter of domestic violence, based on the referral of the authorized person, the court may issue the Protective Order, asa temporary measure, to protect the victim and impose certain restriction on the abuser. 2. application of issuance of the protective order shall be filed with the first instance court in accordance with established by this law guidelines. 3.
