Harbin is a representa tive city of cold region, and Central Street is the obvious symbol of it. Whether the design of pedestrian street environment can be strong support for f ort behavior activ ities has e th e vital factors to determine it’s popularity, so the resear ch for the relations hip between space environment design and fortableness is admit of no delay.
