摘 要
交通影响分析主要是分析与评价建设项目建成投入使用后，新增加的交通需求对周边交通设 施产生的影响范围和程度,进而提出缓解对策和改善措施来保证周围交通设施保持一定的服务水 平，减少项目投入使用后对交通环境所带来的负面影响。
本文按照交通影响评价分析的一般步骤，首先通过调查分析项目基本情况和周边路网交通状 况，然后利用调查的路段交通量运用TransCAD中0D反推技术OD Matrix Est imat ion推导出现 状小区交通产生吸引量，根据传统交通需求预测四阶段法使用transCAD软件进行目标年交通量 的预测。将计算出的项目诱增交通量分配到所在小区，重复四阶段法可得到项目建成后目标年交 ，对路段、交叉口、项目停车设施、公共交 通设施、项目交通组织做出分析，从而提出合理建议，加强交通组织管理，促进城市的发展和进 步。

Abstract
Traffic impact analysis is analysis and evaluation of construction projects completed and put into use, the new increase in traffic demand on the surrounding transportation facilities impact the scope and extent of, and proposed mitigation measures and improvement measures to ensure the surrounding transportation facilities to maintain a certain level of service After the project put into use to reduce the traffic environment on the negative effects.
According to the general step of traffic impact analysis, first this thesis investigate and analysis the basic circumstance of this project and the traffic condition near of the project. And then take advantage of the road traffic count survey which we surveyed ,use OD Matrix Estimation in the TransCAD software, derived starus plot's amount of traffic production and attraction. According to the traditional four stages in the transportation forecast of uses transCAD for forecast in traffic volume of the target years. The increased volume of traffic calculated will be distributed to the can get the data contained project in the target years taking advantage of the four we analysis the data,we should have a conclusion in the section,crossings,parkings,public traffic facilities, project traffic organization to analysis,and put forward some reasonable suggestions in order to strengthen and promote the development of the process of the city.
