汇票的定义
中华人民共和国《票据法》:“汇票是出票人签发的,委托付款人在见票时或者在指定日期无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。”
英国《票据法》:“A bill of exchange is an unconditional order in writing, addressed by one person to another, signed by the person giving it, requiring the person to whom it is addressed to pay on demand or at a fixed or determinable future time a sum certain in money to or to the order of a specified person or to bearer.”

At 45 days after sight pay to A Bank the sum of fifty thousand US dollars only.

汇票的绝对必要项目
(一)写明“汇票”字样
Exchange for …, 或Draft for …,以与本票和支票相区别。
(二)无条件的支付命令
必须用英语的祈使句,以动词开头,且不能附加支付条件。
不能写成:pay to the order of pany provided the goods plied with contract the sum of one thousand pounds.
Exercise 1
Make choice of whether the following bills are acceptable or not.
⑴ A bill shows:pay to ABC the goods pliance with contract the sum of one thousand US Dollars.
