摘 要
本设计是对给定的产品图进行注射模模具设计。在综合考虑了经济性、零件的注射工艺性以及复杂程度等诸多因素的基础上进行注射工艺分析与计算的。文中还对塑料模具成型零件和其他相关零件的选择原则及选择方法进行了说明。期间要参考大量与冲压相关的资料和翻阅各种手册,并通过计算以确定模具结构及尺寸,通过不断的计算与修改,并在指导老师的悉心关怀和耐心指导下进行不间断的反复修改,最终确定画出了装配图和零件图。
通过这次毕业设计,结合我在生产实习中所看所想的一些东西,使我了解和掌握了许多实际的东西,实践证明,模具的设计和制造只有一些理论知识是不行的,任何模具的设计都要有一定的实际经验才可以设计出更合理性的模具。
前言
塑料模课程设计是一个重要的专业实训环节, 学生通过对对塑件综合性分析设计训练,要求达到以下目的:
1、 通过课程设计帮助学生具体运用和巩固《塑料模工艺与模具设计》课程及相关课程的理 论知识,了解冷冲模具设计的一般方法和程序。
2、 训练学生查阅相关技术资料(如《模具设计与制造简明手册》 《塑料模结构图册》等) , 使学生能够熟练的运用有关技术资料,熟悉有关国家标准、规范,使用经验、数据,进行估 算等方面接受全面的训练。
3、 掌握塑料模设计的基本程序和方法,综合运用《塑料工艺与模具设计》及相关专业课 程的知识, 并按照相关的技术规范进行塑料模具设计的基本技能训练, 为今后在实际工程设 计中打好基础。
