摘要摘要区域公路网的完善离不开农村公路的建设。作为干线路网的集散和分流通道,农村公路对促进地区社会稳定与发展具有不可或缺的作用。伴随着我国经济的高速发展,我国农村公路建设步伐相对缓慢的矛盾日益凸显,并成为制约农村发展的重要因素之一。因此,结合我国农村交通的特点,推进和加强农村公路网规划的研究具有重大的现实意义。本文在全面分析农村地区交通及路网特点的基础上,阐述了农村公路网规划中应该遵循的基本原则,并树立了规划的框架和流程。之后,本文又根据对农村地区区域特点的归纳,提出了农村公路网规模预测的基本思路并介绍了几种常用的预测方法。布局优化是路网规划中的核心部分,也是本文研究的重点。通过对众多公路网规划方法的深入探讨,对它们在农村路网规划中的效用和局限进行分析和总结后,本文提出了一种以基于重要度的交通区位布局法为主体,包含“确立节点, 选择路由,调整网络"三个步骤的布局优化理论。编制建设序列也是路网规划中的基本内容,本文对这方面进行了研究和新方法的尝试。最后,以北京市通州区作为实例,结合该区发展的实际,应用文中所确立的规划方法对其县乡(村)公路网规划建设进行了研究。本文的研究是对建立完整的农村公路网规划体系的一种尝试,希望对相关方面的研究和应用提供一定的参考价值。关键词:农村公路;公路网规划;布局优化;重要度;交通区位; Abstract Abstract Rural highway is one ofthe most essential aspects of all integrated regional theconcentrating and diverging channels work, ruralhighway contributes tothe fastdevelopment china isnOW on itsfast trackofdevelopment;however,rural areasseemto be on slow stepsmainly because ofthefailureofhighway on specific characteristics of theruraltransportation,舔well勰enhancing work planning have practicalcontributions tothedevelopment ofrural areas.
