　　伴随信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不停发展的新型学科，学校要生存要发展，要高效率地把学校活动有机地组织起来，就必需加强学校管理，即加强对学校内部的多种资源的有效管理，建立和本身特点相适应的管理信息系统。
　　基于这一点，开发此。文章首先介绍了开发该固定资产管理信息系统的知识贮备，包含Visual 环境和ACCESS 2021数据库工具的基础知识和应用技巧；接下来是系统设计部分，介绍了该系统的需求分析和系统总体结构设计；最终是系统实现部分，较为具体的介绍了该系统的开发环境、整体界面和数据库的设计和实现。
　　本系统能够实现对大型设备信息进行管理，包含设备登记，设备查询，设备折旧管理，设备注销管理等功效，简单方便，运行稳定，能够投入使用。
