摘要
进入21世纪以后，随着市场经济的发展新型建筑材料在建筑业算是异军突起，而新型材料在建筑业的应用之所以能够发展得如此迅速，也有其原因，传统的建筑行业引用的是粗放型方式，加之人民生活水平的提高，城乡建筑的不断增加对材料的消耗，环境的污染都有着很大的影响，因此为了满足可持续发展的要求，新型材料便应运而生。新型材料无论从生产、土建和装修方面均能满足节约资源、保护环境的要求，并且还能坐到充分利用各种废弃物，或能对废弃物作净化处理，在整个使用过程中还能将使用能耗和环境污染的指数将至最低。除此之外新型材料还能提升建筑物的舒适度，保证在使用过程中对人类健康和环境有益无害，并且还有其他的复合功能，如杀菌、调温等功能，可以说发展新型建材不但是国际潮流，也是大势所趋。因此，针对我国建筑业发展状况，以及发展节约型社会的要求而论述发展新型建材的的必要性。

Abstract
