II 中文摘要本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法, 对吉林省体育传统项目(田径)中学课余田径运动训练现状进行研究,发现存在问题,探究原因,为构建合理的课余田径运动训练体系提出可行性的对策,促进学校课余训练的健康发展。研究结果表明: ( 1 )吉林省体育传统项目(田径)中学体育主管领导在开办课余田径训练的指导思想上存在着偏差,有待于进一步明确办学目的,调整训练指导思想。( 2)吉林省体育传统项目(田径)中学课余田径训练的带队教师队伍年轻化,富有朝气和潜力,是学校训练的一股强大的力量, 呈现出一种较为合理的教师结构。学历呈现本科化,研究生学历没有;职称机构以中级为主。( 3 )教师计算机水平有待提高, 外语基础、科研能力较差。( 4 )运动员整体水平不高,缺乏“尖子”队员项目布局不够合理,项目的设置多与考试的项目挂钩,对一些冷门项目的关注程度不够运动员参加比赛的次数较少,得到锻炼的机会不多“一集中”为主要的日常管理方式,学校对运动员的训练与文化课学习安排不够合理,运动员文化成绩较低,训练与学习之间的冲突较为严重。本文在全面分析影响吉林省中学田径课余训练因素的基础上,有针对性地提出了学校领导、教师与运动员要转变思想观念,认识到田径课余训练的重要性进行人事、用人机制和分配制度改革,逐步实现教师专职化,形成良好的竞争机制和激励机制积极组织各种形式的运动会, 提高运动员的参赛次数,以竞赛为杠杆全面推动田径训练的普及工作对运动项目进行科学评估,调整项目布局完善教师培训和考核制度,建立和优化选材系统,从而提高科学化训练水平通过社会集资、与企业联合办学的形式,多渠道筹集资金,解决中学体育经费不足的矛盾提高教师与运动员对文化课学习的重视程度,合理统筹安排训练与学习,提高课余训练的科学性。关键词:吉林省中学田径课余训练现状对策 III Abstract In this paper, literature, questionnaires, expert interviews, st atistics and logical analysis, research methods, traditional proj ect of Jilin Province sports (athletics) Secondary after-school track a nd field training status of research and found problems, explore the reasons for building a reasonable after-school athletics training system put forward feasible measures to promote the healthy development of the school after-school training.
