I 新疆小城镇绿地系统规划研究 摘要 小城镇是城市之尾、乡村之首,小城镇的建设发展对农村城市化及城乡一体化具有重要的作用。然而,城镇化发展过程中所产生的诸多环境问题,使人们认识到在小城镇建设中不能过分的强调经济建设而以牺牲环境为代价。因而, 在小城镇规划建设的同时, 应科学、合理地对小城镇绿地系统进行规划,把小城镇置于绿色生态系统之中,从而创造出舒适、优美、清洁、安全、生态良好的小城镇。 正是基于此,本文对新疆小城镇绿地系统规划理论及方法进行研究探讨。首先深入研究了小城镇及小城镇绿地系统规划相关理论及特征;其次,阐述了多民族聚居的新疆维吾尔自治区地理位置、气候特点、小城镇建设现状等概况,分析了新疆小城镇绿地建设的优势及劣势,总结了新疆小城镇绿地系统规划应共同遵循的原则。并探讨了新疆小城镇绿地系统的规划编制方法及程序;最后,结合新疆乌鲁木齐市达坂城镇绿地系统规划、吐鲁番市绿地系统规划及巴音郭楞自治州尉犁县绿地系统规划实际案例的编制及研究,提出了适合于新疆小城镇自身长远发展的绿地规划理论与方法。 通过理论分析与实践分析的结合,以新疆特殊的地理位置、气候特点为基础,得到新疆小城镇绿地系统规划初步的经验,为今后新疆小城镇绿地系统规划提供理论依据及参考范例。 关键词: 小城镇;新疆;绿地系统规划 II Research on Green Space System planning for Small Towns in XinJiang Abstract Small towns are the tail of cities and the head of villages. Their construction and development play an important role in China’s urbanization system and the integration of urban and rural areas. However, a series of environmental problems have been produced during the development process of urbanization,which make people realize that we can’t overemphasis the construction of the economy at the expenses of , we ought to program small town green space system scientifically and reasonably following of the planning and construction of small towns and put the small town in green ecological system so as to create fortable, beautiful, clean, safe and a sound ecological environment in small towns. In view of the idea mentioned above, this thesis ma kes exploration of the theories and methods of green space system planning suitable for small towns in Xinjiang . Firstly, it deeps into the researches of the theories and the characteristics of small towns and the green space system planning. Secondly, it illustrates the overview of the geographical position, the characteristic s of the climate and the construction of small towns of a multi-ethnic Xinjiang uygur Automous Region and analyses the existing problems and the development advantages of green space system in Xinjiang.
