摘要：作为一支新兴力量在网络文学中愈加活跃，通过对概念的解 读及网络文学写手在最近十几年的发展简史的介绍，从最初的痞子蔡、宁 财神等风靡网络到我吃西红柿、张君宝等新锐的崛起，分析中国网络文学 写手的现状一网络文学写手作为一种新兴职业的收入概况、工作情况、版 权纠纷、前途命运等问题。本文对于面临的这些问题的解决方案业也有一 定的讨论。通过现在异常繁荣的网络文学现状看到在繁华的背后，本文对 网络文学写手作为网络文学的主力军在文学价值方面甚至社会文明方面 扮演的角色和网络写手及网络文学的发展做了分析和探讨。

The Analysis of Web Writer

Abstract: As a new rising force, web writer in the area of literature is becoming more and more active in the web literature . Through the analysis of the concept of the web writer and the introduction of a history in the recent decade years, analysis are made in the condition of Chinese web writer from the former Pizi Cai and Ning Caishen to the latter Wochixihongshi and Zhang Junbao. As the web writer becoming a new job in society , the problems of the income> work condition、 copyright dispute、 development and promise are deserving more attention. And this article also concludes some solutions to the many problems that are confusing the writers on the internet. While realizing their dreams and values, many excellent web writers also create a prosperous atmosphere of web culture and then involved in the tides of culture industry. Being controlled by operators and channels, the web writers' income distribution is also existed. Although the web culture is now very prosperous we must see under the prosperity, being a main force in web literature, the web writers are playing certain roles in literature and even the whole society.

一、网络文学写手的经济收入
时至今日，网络文学写手更是异常活跃，风起云涌。因为很多网络文 学写手已不仅仅只是为了写作而写作，也不再是为了宣泄或者吸引人们的 关注，而是随着计算机科学技术和互联网技术的快速发展，逐渐作为一个 职业发展起来。比如，起点中文网采用免费阅读前半部小说，后半部小说 必须付费阅读的方式，以章节为单位，按每千字多少钱进行销售。它的收 费标准是：初级VIP会员的话，三分钱一千字，三角钱一万字，三元钱十 万字，三十元钱百万字；高级VIP会员的话，两分钱一千字，两角钱一万 字，两元钱十万字，二十元钱百万字。而读者看完一部50万字的小说， 一般需要花费10块钱。所以网络文学写手有了一定的经济来源，作为一
种职业发展起来也就水到渠成了。
