关于高校军事课师资队伍建设的研究
　　摘 要：随着教育体系的不断完善以及教学理念的时效更新，大学课程本着全面培养、深化实践、有效综合的设置原则，引入军事理论课程来提升学生对我国国情以及国际局势的认知，强化当代大学生建立国防观念的紧迫感。因其为初步引入的课程，其教学体系、课程研究、教学成效还处于探索阶段，且师资力量的建设是高校教学中的关键环节，然而相关数据显示，当前很多高等院校的师资力量建设还处于未定型、水平不足的待提升状态，故文章以此为立足点，分析当前高校军事课教学现状和师资情况，并提出一系列可行性建议。　　关键词：高校教学；军事课；师资建设；现状管理　　中图分类号：C961 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2096-000X（2020）01-0157-03　　Abstract： With the continuous improvement of education system and updating of teaching concept， colleges and universities introduce military theory courses to enhance students” cognition to China”s actual conditions， international situation and concepts of national defense based on the principle of comprehensive training， deepening practice and effective management. As a new course， the teaching system， course research and teaching effect are not well established， and faculty building is not finished in numerous universities. Based on these findings， this paper analyzes present teaching and teachers conditions of military course in universities and puts forward a series of feasible suggestions.　　Keywords： university teaching； military courses； faculty training； management of present situation　　近年來，中国的军事外交取得了一个又一个重大突破，以“和平发展”为核心理念，牢牢把握战略机遇，建立“互信 互利 平等 协作”的新安全观，践行新时期军事队伍建设的发展作贡献。纵观中国军事体系的发展长河可以看出，完备的军事力量是解决冲突、保障社会安定的关键要素，从洋务运动到辛亥革命，从抗日战争到国共战争，以至近期的国际领域维权，都显示了明显的历史规律性和预见性，也论证了一个真理，即强化公民国防意识是打造优质国防军事队伍、保障国家稳定的关键。　　大学教育为学生提供了
