【摘要】通过对当前医患关系不和谐的现状及其原因、危害的分析，阐明构建和谐医患关系的重要性。提出实施良好的医患沟通，是构建和谐医患关系的关键，在沟通过程中，医务人员要发挥主导作用，掌握沟通技巧，重视工作细节。同时强调医务人员要转变观点，加强业务培训，提高医疗质量，并要争取全社会和病人家属的理解支持。
