摘要：市场经济的发展需要信用支樟。而现实中会计信息失真，已成为困扰我国市场经 济健康发展的障碍。金融会计的风险防范在金融部门的内部控制管理中起着举足轻重的 作用，是金融内控管理的关键所在。金融会计信息失真，从根本上看是会计从业人员的 道德风险问题。会计诚信是社会诚信系统的重要组成部分，是市场经济的灵魂；多角度 分析了会计诚信缺失的危害；从直接和根本两方面分析了会计诚信缺失的原因；提出了 多条标本兼治的建设会计诚信措施。

1引言
改革开放以来，我国经济迅速发展，已建立起社会主义经济体制。各个会计主体之 间的交易越来越频繁，他们之间的依赖程度也越来越强，他们之间的关系更是越来越复 杂。所以市场经济活动中的诚实守信也就越来越重要。诚信是市场经济的基石，也是会 计执业机构和会计人员安身立命之本。会计诚信是社会诚信系统的重要组成部分，是市 场经济的灵魂。本文归纳了会计诚信的涵义，会计诚信的内涵丰富；阐明了会计诚信的 重要性及意义，会计诚信是市场经济正常运行的基础，也是市场经济条件下的会计之本, 会计是社会信用体系的重要组成部分，而金融会计又是会计的一个重要分支，因此探讨 金融会计诚信建设，具有特别重要的意义。
2会计诚信的理论概述
1涵义
广义的诚信顾名思义就是诚实，守信用的意思。而对于我们广大的金融会计行为者 来讲，诚信就是要求诚恳待人，信守诺言，忠实于自己所承担的会计义务，也就是要客 观公正地反映现实经济活动，为金融会计信息使用者提供不偏不倚的会计信息。诚的原 意是真实客观，无妄无欺。信的原意是人言谓定，诚实无欺。由于“诚信”二字在原意 上相通，
