摘要摘要以公路发展和建设的需要为契机,为使有限的资金发挥最佳的社会经济效益,将现代技术用于道路是大势所趋,为此开展了对路面养护管理系统的研究。通过对公路路网和公路管理特点的分析,提出了人机分工明确,方便技术经济比较的新一代路面管理系统的概念,围绕着这一概念,经过研究和实践,形成了一套系统实施的系统化方法,建成了一整套路面投资分析模型,实施了路面的养护管理系统。试用表明,这些方法和模型反了本地区的公路路面的特性,在系统设计中考虑了路面管理和投资分析的层次性,考虑了政策的影响和经验的作用。在分析交通量、路面损坏、路面平整度、路面弯沉等公路数据的特点、特性,以及它们对公路的影响、作用后,将数据分析与公路管理的经验建立有机的结合,为公路建设养护提供科学的理论依据。路面管理系统的主要功能为:分析路网使用性能现状及其变化趋势;论证投资水平对路况的影响,分析资金需求;分析投资政策对路况变化趋势的影响;对年度计划及中长期大中修项目规划提出建议,据此,管理人员能够方便地制定养护政策,安排年度及中长期计划。总之,路面养护管理系统可以通过充分运用相应的信息处理技术极大提高运作效率和管理能力,进而提高公路行业的经济效益、社会效益。关键词路面;管理系统;分析;评价 jl蚕三、业杰兰三罄耍主主焦鲨塞 Abstract With the rapid development of highway construction,the modern technique isbeing used research has been carried through SO as to exert the high—point economic benefit with the limited new management system of pavement was brought forward by analyzing the characteristic work and systematic methods have been formed;the whole analyzing model ofthe investment has been setup according to investigation and practice time after the maintenance and management system of pavement has been bringing into methods and models reflect the characteristics ofthe pavement inthis area The hierarchy ofthe pavement management and investment analysis have been considered;the policy and experience have been taken into account.
