摘 要
建筑节能从根本上促进能源和资源节约和合理利用,缓解中国的能源资源供应与经济
和社会发展之间的矛盾,帮助加快发展循环经济和实现经济和社会的可持续发展;可以长期
保障国家能源安全,保护环境,提高人民群众的生活质量,贯彻落实科学发展观。建筑节
能是一个非常重要的方面。本文介绍了建筑节能的重要意义,浅谈介绍节能建筑,设计处
理两部分。
