摘要:利用原子吸收光谱仪对黔西南红土型金矿区土壤和5种苔藓植物中Au、Ti、Hg、As、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Pb等9种重金属元素含量进行了分析。结果表明,金矿区土壤受到重金属As、Hg的污染且含量较高;植物体中重金属元素的平均含量为Ca>Mg>Hg>Zn>As>Pb>Cu>Au>Ti。经体内富集系数分析发觉狭叶葫芦藓Funaria attenuata、土生对齿藓Didymodon vinealis、东亚小金发藓Pogonatum inflexum、卵蒴丝瓜藓Pohlia proligera和硬叶小金发藓Pogonatum neesii对Hg和As元素含有较强的富集能力。对5种苔藓植物体内重金属元素相关分析,得到Ti-Hg在苔藓植物对重金属的吸收上含有协同作用,Cu-As则含有拮抗作用。这5种苔藓植物对红土型金矿上重金属含有良好的耐受性和吸收富集能力,可作为重金属污染区生态重建、综合治理很有前景的适宜物种。 关键词:苔藓植物;富集;红土型金矿;贵州省 中图分类号:X53 文件标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114202117-4077-03 Heavy Metal Accumulation of 5 Bryophytes in Lateritic Gold Deposit Areas of Guizhou, China JIANG hong1,ZHANG Zhao-hui2 of Environment and Life Science,Bijie University,Bijie 551700,Guizhou, China; Laboratory for Information System of Mountainous Area and Protection of Ecological Environment of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Normal University,Guiyang 550001,China Abstract: The elements of Au、Ti、Hg、As、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg and Pb of five bryophytes with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer were analyzed in lateritic gold deposit areas. The results showed that soils were contaminated by As and Hg. The average content of heavy metals in bryophytes was Ca>Mg>Hg>Zn>As>Pb>Cu>Au>Ti. The accumulation coefficient of heavy metals in bryophytes was analyzed. It was found that Funaria attenuata, Didymodon vinealis, Pogonatum inflexum,Pohlia proligera and Pogonatum neesii had a
