沧—临线原油管道中间站工艺设计
摘 要
本设计是在了解沧州到临邑地形地貌等条件下,综合地形、地温以及地下水位地质状况,管线全长226千米。在给定的任务输量1500万吨下进行的一次综合性的常规的常输热油管道设计。
管线沿程地形较为平缓,经校核全线无翻越点;在较大输量时可热力越站,较小输量时可压力越站。
管道被埋在地下以减少热量损失,该管道采用密闭式输送流程,先炉后泵的工艺,充分利用设备。中间站流程包括正输、反输、越站输送、清管器收发等
设计过程如下:根据原始资料、数据进行基础设计。了解地形、地质,线路辅助和主导走向及沿线概况。进行热力计算和水力计算,再根据热力计算和水力计算的结果,进行热泵站的布置。在纵断面图进行热泵站布置,再根据布置情况进行热泵站校核。最后对管道进行强度校核,稳定性计算及热应力热变形及补偿器选择计算。
绘图部分是设计的关键:设计的思想意图内容都通过图纸来体现。泵站布置最大限度应用管道强度,在满足任务输量的前提下,减少热泵站数,节约投资,也保证安全作业,节约管理费用等原则下进行的,流程图简单合理,安装图严格按设计规范进行设计。

The abstract
This design is a synthetical and common long-transport hot oil pipe design with the whole length of 226 kilometer and the certain task convey capacity of 1500 million ton per year and the complaining of condition of topography ,landforms synthetical topography and temperature of underground, with direction and the watermark, geology.
The terrain is plan and after checked the situation of the line ,there is no crossing point .When the oil’s traffic is small ,we use heat pump to supply the power ;in another hand ,when the traffic is great ,we use force pump.
In order to reduce the loss of heat ,the pipeline is buried under the ground .The process of transportation is pump-to-pump tight line operation .Crude oil is heated at first and the pump in each process of flows in the among oil station includes: positive input , anti- lose, the more transport station , pigging transceiver and so on.
The course of the design is :with the original material and data carry on the basic design .Calory working out and hydraulic power .working out is go on with understand topography 、geology、line lay and dominant index then calory and pump station is dispose on the basic of the result of them.
The part of drawing is the design is reflect by the content and intention of the design is reflect by the drawing .The general drawing arrangement should satisfy the need of produce as could as possible and
