随着社会的发展，各种建筑也在不断地增加，排水系统的好坏会也成为决定一个建筑质量的关键因素，因此排水系统十分重要。对排水泵的控制方式有多种多样，我们需根据不同的要求采用不同的控制方式。民用建筑的排水，主要时用以排除生活污水、溢、漏水和消防废水等。
本设计排水系统采用三台排水泵，采用一备两用模式。排水系统由污水集水池，液位器、排水泵组成。正常运行时，两台主泵互为备用，高水位启泵，低水位停泵；如果一定时间内集水池中污水无法排空，第一备用泵投入运行，如发生溢流情况（如存在大量消防废水情况），则发出水位报警，同时投入第二备用泵。以此实现自动和手动控制。

Abstract

随着城市建设的快速发展，人民生活水平的日趋提高，高层民用建筑越来越多的出现在现代城市之中。排水系统的好坏对建筑的质量起到了重要的作用，所以排水的设计至关重要。一个完整的排水系统由排水集水池、液位器、排水泵组成。

污水泵站集水池的形式有圆形、半圆形和矩形等多种形式，上口宜采用敞开式，周围加栏杆或短墙，上加顶棚，设梁勾或滑车，以满足吊泥或栅渣的要求。集水池的布置，应考虑改善水泵吸水的水力条件，减少滞流和涡流，以保证水泵正常运行。布置时应注意以下几点。
(1)泵的吸水管或叶轮应有足够的淹水深度，防止空气吸入或形成涡流时吸入空气。
(2)水泵的吸入喇叭口应与池底保持所要求的距离。
(3)水流应均匀顺畅无漩涡地流近水泵吸水管口。每台水泵进水水流条件基本相同，水流不要突然扩大或改变方向。
(4)集水池进口流速和水泵吸入口处的流速尽可能缓慢。
