Together with the Captain, you form a team and as such assist the Venice Restaurant Manager to achieve or surpass financial goals set in both the Lobby Lounge budget and forecast by providing, through personal attention, care and anticipation of guest needs the best service possible thus creating an atmosphere of professionalism and well-being in Lobby Lounge in general and the assigned station in particular leading to a highly successful operation.
