Meanwhile ,it points out the ways of China ,which include the enlargement of the government ’s support and protection intensity to agriculture ,the enhancement of agricultural technology promotion ,the improvement of the farmers ’ quality ,the perfection of the agricultural service system ,the valuing the protection of the ecological environment.
