　　高速春运先进个人总结　　今年我们站建立以来迎来了第一个春运工作，也是我站所经历的第一次车辆高峰期。面临着如车流量难以预测、天气、以及站内设施不齐全等不利情况，在管理处各级领导悉心指导下，经全体员工共同努力，此次春运工作得以顺利完成，现将**站春运工作向管理处总结汇报如下：
　　一、预案实施、措施执行情况：
　　1、根据工作经验，我们站对车流量将增大的高峰时段进行预计准备工作，提前将三个车道全部开启，避免了因车辆堵塞才开道的拥堵情况。
　　2、在春运期间的车辆高峰时段，为减少使用授权卡的时间，值班管理人员和当班班长各持一张授权卡，每人负责一个收费亭，提高了收费工作效率。
　　3、将调试好的应急机放在进出站备用，并由值班的管理人员做好相关的维护工作，防备了因设备故障而导致的收费事故。
　　4、预先考虑到零钞不够的局面，管理处与银行做好相关协调，为每个收费岗位配备了足够的零钞，确保了收费工作的顺利进行。
