　　摘 要 科学技术是第一生产力 ，科研在推动社会发展，特别是对于创新型社会的建立中的作用日益凸显，而实验室是科研创新活动进行的主要场所，因此实验室的管理工作是值得科研和实验室工作人员共同关注和探讨的问题，本文笔者结合自己多年来的实验室管理工作，谈谈自己的心得，希望对从事实验室管理的各位同行有所帮助。
