甲乙双方根据相关法律法规的规定，经双方协商一致，达成以下协议：
The undersigned parties agreed to conduct transaction according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:
协议事项
乙方为甲方介绍太阳能组件的购买客户，并协助签订合同；甲方按照事先约定的比例向乙方支付佣金报酬。 PartyB introduces solar modules purchasers to party A and assists Party A to sign the the A pay commission to party B according to stipulated commission rate.
协议的内容
甲方支付乙方佣金，佣金总额或计算方式为：每瓦的佣金价格乘以总瓦数。
Party B’s commission is calculated as follows (commission per watt plus total watt) 每瓦佣金的价格为：EUR0 基于目前/W的销售价格上 Commission per watt is EUR Base on the solar module price as per watt总瓦数为乙方介绍的客户购买的总瓦数，本次合同号为 ，总瓦数为 W

Commission should be paid after full payment reaches our account .
3、乙方应自行承担有关商务活动中可能产生的风险与责任；任何情况下，除本协议约定的佣金外，乙方的有关商务活动中支出的费用全部自行承担，不得要求甲方支付。
Party B shall take possible risk and responsibility incurred by related business activity; in every case, Party B shall pay for all enpense (excluding commission mentioned in this agreement) incurred by related business activity, and shall not ask Party A to pay for it.
4、双方签订本协议，不表明甲方给与乙方任何授权，甲乙双方不存在授权委托关系。乙方不得以甲方授权代理人的名义与客户签订合约。乙方若以自己的名义与客户签订合约。则该合约仅对乙方和客户有约束力，对甲方没有约束力。
The signed agreement did not authorize Party B any right by Party A, therre is no authorization
or entrust relationship between the two parties. Party B shall not sign agreement with customer in the name of authorized agency by Party A. If Party B signs agreement with customer in the name of Party B, then the contract is only binding on Party B and the customer, and has no binding power on Party A.
