摘 要
环氧树脂具有比较好的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐水性、低收缩率等特性,(E—51)改性后的性质,即用聚氨酯固化剂对双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)进行改性。通过一些实验,研究了多种配方下的环氧胶粘剂的固化物的性能,在加热过程中的氧化和热裂解情况等。
运用已经合成的环氧胶粘剂,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究不同配方的环氧胶粘剂在升温过程中的热量变化情况。结果表明,固化剂含量的不同对固化物的放热特征和放热量等是有一定影响的。随着固化剂用量的增加,固化物在加热时的放热量也是相应增加的。
采用热重分析仪(TG)研究了固化物在升温热分解过程中的质量变化情况。结果表明,固化剂的含量不同,固化物在受热时的质量变化情况是有显著差异的。本实验中,在升高温度相同时,固化剂含量较少的胶粘剂的固化物的质量变化比固化剂含量较多的胶粘剂的固化物的质量变化要大。
采用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)研究了固化物的组成与结构的关系。通过对比不同配方比例的环氧胶粘剂的固化产物的红外光谱图,可以看出,固化剂含量较多的胶粘剂固化物中有较多未反应的—NH基团,这说明该胶粘剂中固化剂的的确是过量的。
采用自己设计的实验方案,测定不同配方的环氧胶粘剂的性能,这里主要是剥离强度和剪切强度。通过查阅相关文献资料,得出制备的胶粘剂的性能是符合要求的.
将不同配方的环氧胶粘剂在不同介质中进行腐蚀试验,分别观察它们的质量变化率。结果表明,玻璃纤维的加入确实有效提高了环氧胶粘剂的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract
Epoxy resin has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, low shrinkage characteristics, so it is one of the most widely used main subject of study is the nature of the modified bisphenol A epoxy resin (E—51),Polyurethane curing is modifing bisphenol A type epoxy resin (E-51) .Through some experiments,Studied the properties of the cured epoxy adhesive composition of the various formulations,oxidation of during heating and pyrolysis conditions, etc.
Has been synthesized using epoxy adhesive,through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studying the changes in the heat during heating of epoxy adhesive of different formulations。 The results showed that the content of the curing agent is influential to the exothermic characteristics and heat release of curing。 With the increase in the amount of curing agent, cured in the heated heat release is increased gradually.
Using thermal gravimetric analysis (TG) to study the quality changes of curing in the process of thermal decomposition with temperature increased。 In this lab, with the same raising temperature, the quality change of the curing of the adhesive curing with less curing agent are more than that the curing of more curing agent.
