中文摘要可持续发展问题是当今世界的热点问题,也是人类社会发展的新阶段。它的理论体系与方法正处在不断被充实与完善的过程之中。新时期在长沙、株洲、湘潭三市经济社会一体化的加速过程中同样也面临可持续发展问题。本文分析了长株潭区域经济发展与生态环境现状,探讨了长株潭区域可持续发展理论的结构和理论的核心,建立了评估其可持续发展程度的可持续发展指标体系。在此基础之上对长株潭区域可持续发展的现况进行了评估与分析。本文运用系统学原理研究了长株潭区域生态经济系统的动力机制与控制原则,建立了区域生态经济系统运行的系统动力学简单模型。针对长株潭区域实际提出了长株潭区域生态经济系统可持续发展的对策和重点区域建设。本文的研究比较系统地体现了可持续发展问题的前沿思考。本文主要包括八个部分:绪论;长株潭区域可持续发展理论基础;长株潭区域可持续发展的结构体系与理论内涵:长株潭区域生态经济现状分析;长株潭区域可持续发展指标体系;长株潭区域生态经济系统控制分析;长株潭区域可持续发展对策;结语。关键词:长株潭可持续发展生态经济系统指标体系系统控制动力机制 Abstract The sustainable development has e thetrend ofmodem society and itisthe new stage ofdevelopment ofhuman structure and methods ofthetheory ofsustainable development are being enriched the new stage ofeconomic andsocial integration ofChangsha,Zhuzhou andXiangtan,how tomaintain the sustainable development isvery significant. Inthis thesis,we analyze the current situation of ecological environment andregionaleconomy ofChangsha,Zhuzhou andXiangtan, and discuss the framework and the core ofthetheory ofsustainable on those researches,we set up all indicators framework toevaluate thedevelopmental explore the dynamic mechanism and control principle of the eco-economy systems byapplying thesystematology theory and establish asimple model ofsystem dynamics thatisbeneficial todiscover the nature ofthesystematic operation and tofindthepolicies thatCanadjust the operation of systems to meet thedemand of the sustainable development.
