PLC 课程设计题目: 注塑机控制系统设计专业班级: 38 学号: B12043822 学生姓名: 付雷彬指导教师: 何大庆摘要采用继电器和开关阀的注塑机控制系统的接线复杂、控制精度低、维修不便且缺乏柔性,基于 PLC 技术的控制方式可大大提高整机的综合性能。本文选用 SIMATICS7-20 0 小型PLC系统对注塑机的控制单元进行了通用化设计:包括系统的硬件接线和I/O分配; 采用 STEP7-Micro/WIN32 软件平台进行编程,方式灵活、界面友好且调试方便。关键词: 控制系统;可编程控制器;塑料注塑成型机;起保停电路 Abstract Control system to the Plastic injection molding machine formed by electric relays and switching valves has many ings, such plexity wiring, low control accuracy, inconvenience maintenance and lack of flexibility. Using PLC technology can greatly enhance the machine ’s overall performance. In this paper, SIMATIC S7-200 mini PLC system was used to design the Plastic injection molding machine ’s control unit: including the hardware wiring and the I/O allocation. The STEP7-Micro/WIN 32 software is used as programming platform; it is very flexible, user-friendly and convenient debugging.
